Another release, this time with lots of bug fixes and improvements to the UI. Also we added the event log - all the messaging log activity to the UI so you don't have to open text files to see what's going on. I'm also happy to say, eveything seems to work smoothly. No funny little glitches with the UI. It's been quite a journey to get the UI working properly, of course it's nice and fluid and it's cross platform since it's web based(Ok, the Linux one is still coming) and it's better then static HTML in terms of usability, but nothing beats an actual application for doing stuff. Still, I think we're pretty much future proof in that department and now we know it well enought that it's easy. Everything is hard until it's easy. Julie has about another week to go on finishing the webservices component, then I'll get Atta and Ryan to tidy it up. Then she'll write a back end webservice to let others use the middleware to do similar messaging. More on that later. Adele is finishing up the help component and then will implement the SMS gateway functionality. Having a few problems finding something generic we can use as the existing library we use only allows sms one way. Damn it.
